Maestro Lu Jia, Music Director of the Macao Orchestra, will introduce us to the musical wonders of the early romantic period through the works of the German composer, Felix Mendelssohn. Following this Macao Orchestra will perform the works inspired by Mendelssohn’s travels to Scotland and Italy. For a better understanding of the short but happy life of the composer and his insights into the wonders of music, don’t miss what will be an inspiring and highly informative talk by Maestro Lu Jia as part of the “When Music Speaks” series.
