Year 2019 is the 200th anniversary of the birth of Clara Schumann. She was a remarkable pianist and composer of the 19th century and highly accomplished in the fields of piano performance, music composition and criticism. Her unflinchingly loyal love with her husband Robert Schumann, and her lifelong friendship with composer Brahms have also become immortal much-told stories. In this special occasion, Clara’s “Piano Concerto in A minor”, Robert Schumann’s “Genoveva” and Brahms’s “Symphony No. 4”, will be presented to commemorate the legend of these three great musicians.
