Arvo Volmer, a conducting maestro from Northern Europe, will once again join hands with Macao Orchestra and Kai Sai – the Orchestra’s principal oboe – to present the only oboe concerto composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The Oboe Concerto in C Major, with its beautiful melodies, is one of the hardest pieces of all time.
