The Bach family was active in the German music scene from the 17th to the 19th century. In the family, at least 73 members were musicians, and 14 of them made extraordinary achievements. Led by Kristi Gjezi, concertmaster and violinist of l’Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Bobby Cheng Chi-yuen, Principal Oboe from the same orchestra, together with Weng Sibei, Principal Flute of the Macao Orchestra, will interpret with flair the masterpieces by J.S. Bach and his two sons. The concert presents elegant, beautiful and emotion-charged concertos and symphonic pieces, as well as the concerto including the harpsichord. Tonight is a perfect time to experience the musical charm of the Bach family.
Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, no interval.
