Acclaimed as one of the 10 best flutists in the history of music’ (Sinfini Music, UK) and noted for her delicate, clear tone, superb virtuosity and extraordinary charisma, Korean goddess of flute Jasmine Choi will cooperate with the Macao Orchestra for the very first time. She was the first Korean musician to hold a position in the Vienna Symphony Orchestra before embarking on her career as a full-time soloist. Certainly an enchanting concert not to be missed!
Philip Grass’s Four Seasons in America does not define each movement as Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter. Therefore it’s up to fans to decide which season the music evokes according to the varying musical moods, which is quite interesting. On the other hand, Russian composer Glazunov’s ballet The Seasons which opens with Winter and ends with Autumn, is exquisitely elegant, vividly depicting the seasonal sceneries.
Approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, including one interval.
Audience who enters the venue must wear a mask.
