Two internationally active masters of classical music from UK, pianist Steven Osborne – winner of the Royal Philharmonic Society’s Instrumentalist of the Year in 2013 – and maestro James Judd who has worked with the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam, will join Macao Orchestra to present Piano a piece full of humorous and cheerful melodies, written for his son’s birthday. An authoritative interpreter of Edward Elgar’s symphonies, Judd is the best choice for the interpretation of the emblematic English composer’s symphonic masterpiece, which was a phenomenal success in the early 20th century!
