Artist Salon- Meet with Maestro Hu Yongyan

Internationally acclaimed Maestro Hu Yongyan will meet music fans on June 4, 2022. Mr. Hu graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music and received his master’s degree from Yale University and the Juilliard School in New York, where he studied under Zheng Xiaoying and Otto-Werner Mueller. After graduating, he was the Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Lincoln Symphony Orchestra (Nebraska) and the Duluth Symphony Orchestra (Minnesota), and is the founder of the Orchestra School at the Central Conservatory of Music, former Music Director of the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, and is currently the Principal Conductor of the National Symphony Orchestra of China.

In this coming artist salon, Maestro Hu will share his unforgettable conductor experience in Europe and Asia, as well as will explain the programmes of the concert “The Longing of Romance – Chopin and Brahms”. Music aficionado Don’t miss it!
