Chinese born percussionist, Peng Shuaili, will delight us all with his abundant talent combining the many different sounds and colours of the Marimba, the Vibraphone and a variety of Drums including some “Hocus-Pocus”. The Macao Orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Francis Kan, will accompany Shuaili Peng on a fascinating journey with music of Gustav Peter, a late 19th Century enigmatic Hungarian percussionist, French percussionist and composer Emmanuel Sejourne, the American composer Johnny Mandel to the very active Swedish composer and conductor, Stefan Solyom. Be sure not to miss out on this magical evening of colours and rhythms!
